This is a letter for all the believers, from the present and from the future. Blockchains are like cities. We choose to be part of them, to live in them. And Shape would be nothing without you. Today is a big day, the first of many. And today is for you.

In the current darkness, it's easy to forget the magic of crypto. In the physical world, if you move a pen from here to there, I will find it exactly where you left it. The world has shared state. Crypto brings that same consensus to the digital world. It collapses the infinite digital worlds into a single shared reality. For the first time ever, the internet can have things that are truly there.

This is why NFTs matter. They were never just JPEGs. They are objects that can contain logic and data, truly existing in an open computing and database environment that we call blockchains. They are vessels of culture, code, and data. And they are the native units of data and property rights that will be preferred by AI agents.

Shape exists for that future.

But none of this matters if the foundations are not strong. One does not build on sand. Decentralization is at the core of Shape's mission. $SHAPE pierces into the physical world via Structura, the Wyoming DUNA legal entity. And flywheel mechanisms create network effects at scale, like programmatic buybacks and gasback. Everything about Shape has been built to last.
